This position will work 40 hours per week. 

This position requires travel throughout the State of Oklahoma. Position will be based in Oklahoma City, OK.

DUTIES

This position assists the Foundation Director in the administration of Foundation grants, programs, operations, communications and activities; and serves as a clinic aide for off-site school-based sealant clinics and oral wellness screening events on an as-needed basis. Position requires physical exertion due to setting up and dismantling of portable dental clinic equipment and walking (and sometimes climbing stairs) throughout various school buildings to escort students to and from clinics. This position may be off-site approximately 20% of the time. Full-time position, but daily hours may vary according to clinic and event schedules. Rare overnight travel.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent in experience.
• Two years office/administrative assistant experience.
• Ability to type 40 wpm with accuracy.
• Conversational or fluent in Spanish speaking skills preferred.
• Foundation, nonprofit, or dental related experience a plus.
• Proficient working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word (including mail merge) Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, spelling and grammar skills.
• Compassionate interpersonal communication skills.
• Dependability and professionalism.
• Ability to protect confidential information in compliance with DDOK policies and Federal and State Privacy and Security regulations.
