In-House Small Business Specialist

Duties:

Provides direct and proactive support by servicing all areas of billing, eligibility maintenance and account management for fully insured accounts under 50 employees. Offers proactive service to groups and brokers to help prevent eligibility, billing and plan issues. Meet client satisfaction, client retention of 96%, and Online Resources participation goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, which includes public speaking and presentations.
• Typing a minimum of thirty (30) wpm.
• Minimum alpha data entry skills of 5000 ksph.
• Minimum numeric data entry skills of 8000 ksph.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while working with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of Accounting principles.
• Minimum one (1) year in a Customer Service related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Microsoft Word and Excel, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight when necessary
• Oklahoma Insurance License or ability to obtain Oklahoma Insurance License within ninety (90) days of employment

  Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:

• Minimum of one year of experience in insurance, broker services or benefit administration preferred
• Prior dental experience or dental terminology knowledge a plus.
• Classes in Conflict Management.
