DUTIES

Responsible for developing and maintaining provider participation in all Delta Dental of Oklahoma (DDOK) networks (Premier, PPO, Patient Direct Network (PDN), and Medicare Advantage). Utilize available applications, such as InformCRM (CRM), Network Development Module (NDM) and National Data Platform (NDP) to identify provider recruitment and retention opportunities. Establish and retain open communication and strong connections with the dental community, organizations and professional staff. As directed by the Supervisor, Provider Resource Solutions and Training, actively and effectively develop, promote, and present all DDOK Provider Relations (PR) training programs (OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, HOW, etc.) and DDOK resources (EFT, PEARL, etc.) to dental practice staff, participating providers, universities, vocational schools, organizations, groups, or individuals in Oklahoma. In addition, deliver timely assistance, accurate information, and relevant support regarding all DDOK services, products, and programs to dental practice staff and participating providers. Ensure participating provider compliance and adherence with applicable Delta Dental participating provider agreements and guidelines. Assist the Supervisor, Director, Operations Programs and Project Management, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Provider Relations team with special projects, and support the Supervisor of Provider Systems and Data and staff as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of dental office experience.
• Valid Driver's license and excellent driving record required; must be willing to travel and remain away from home overnight when necessary.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

• College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Public Relations a plus.
• Customer service background.
• Knowledge or Certification of HIPAA, OSHA, and/or CPR.
