Provider Relations Representative

DUTIES

Responsible for developing and maintaining all provider networks for Delta Dental of Oklahoma (DDOK) and to maintain a communication link with the dental profession and auxiliary staff. To provide accurate and complete information regarding the various DDOK services, products and programs to each participating provider/large group and to ensure compliance of each of the provider contracts by participating providers. Actively and effectively promote Provider Resource Solutions including but not limited to: OSHA, HIPAA, Academy of Professional Development (APD), Health through Oral Wellness (HOW), financing and others as directed by the Director of Provider Relations. Support and market the various training programs and financing options offered by DDOK. Assist by setting CRM notifications for possible network/service recruits and/or solutions offerings for Trainer(s) and Provider Systems and Data Analyst(s) to follow up.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of dental office or related expereince
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

• College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Public Relations a plus
  
• Working knowledge of insurance
• Customer Service background
• Working knowledge of P.E.A.R.L
• Working knowledge of InforCRM
• Registered Dental Hygienist
