Provider Systems and Data Analyst

DUTIES

Provides administrative support to provider relations team. Responsible for obtaining all required documents from dentists and/or dental offices for business and credentialing purposes in order to keep DDOK in compliance with Delta Dental Plans Association (DDPA) standards and to ensure all dentists and/or dental office records are accurate and up to date in all applicable areas, including the local claims processing system (aQDen), SalesLogix (SLX), and the National Provider File (NPF). Responsible for managing DDOK’s online system and documentation for dental offices (PEARL). 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word
  

Preference will be given to candidates who have a minimum of one year of experience working in a dental office, a college degree, or 2 years administrative assistant experience. Previous experience or knowledge in SalesLogix is a plus.
