Sales Liaison

  This position will work 40 hours per week. 

This position requires travel throughout the State of Oklahoma. Position will be based in Oklahoma City, OK.

DUTIES

To provide admin support to the Sales department. To assist in collecting and verifying all new group submissions, product and plan changes, , as well as fulfilling supply requests for sold new groups, open enrollment meetings, and benefit fairs.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to operate PC, perform 10 key by touch, and understand basic filing techniques

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, a must

Oklahoma Life and Health Insurance Producer License or ability to obtain Oklahoma within first (1st) year of employment

Valid Oklahoma Driver's liscense. Must be willing to travel, some overnight stay may be necessary

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:

Customer Service experience preferred

Benefit administration experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or other related field preferred

Customer Service background in medical/dental field.

Background in dental terminology.

Classes in Conflict Management.
