DUTIES:

The Senior Customer Service Representative position is responsible for the experience of various constituents who call to resolve issues concerning their dental benefits. This includes rendering assistance, answering questions and representing the company as a dental benefit expert. This Senior level position requires 5 years customer service experience in order to train new associates and handle complex or unusual issues requiring analysis and judgement. This position will be the first resource to lower level associates when they need assistance with escalated phone calls and/or have questions with work related issues.

MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior Customer Service experience required, with a minimum of five years CSR experience at Delta Dental of Oklahoma.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current minimum performance review score of 3.5.
• Quality score/percentage needs to be 104% or higher each month over the most recent 12 month period.
• Self Starter
• Experience multi-tasking.
• Customer Service Certification, Through The Customers Eyes Level I and Level II.
• Typing speed 30 WPM
• 80% or better om Customer Service Test
• Experience training Customer Service Rep. position.
