DUTIES

Lead and train account managers to generate profitable renewals, retain existing business and grow membership.  Ensures account management team meets all retention, growth and profitability targets across all segments and delivery channels, including alliances.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in management, Marketing, Sales, Business or other related field. In lieu of a degree, will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Strong marketing, sales, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of group insurance profession.
• Minimum of two years previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service required.
• Excellent business writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, organized individual with superb analytical and communications skills.
• Valid Oklahoma Drivers license and excellent driving record required; must be willing to travel and remain away from home overnight when necessary.
• Oklahoma Life and Health Insurance Producer License or ability to obtain within ninety (90) days of employment.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

• Previous dental or healthcare-related customer service experience preferred.
• Advanced underwriting acumen, including in depth knowledge of fully insured and self-funded arrangements, utilization reporting, segmented target loss ratios and margin/risks for voluntary and contributory business.
• Background in dental terminology.
