JOB SUMMARY:

This position maintains, monitors, and upgrades third party applications with an emphasis on the phone system. DDOK is constantly balancing updating systems to fulfill requirements for enhancements without the updates breaking other systems that are integrated with them. Some of these applications are: web filter, email filter, secure email, email blaster, financial software, fax server, CRM software, HR software, and scanning, indexing, and retrieval software. This position backs up the Helpdesk Administrator. This includes overflow of helpdesk tickets and helpdesk phone calls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer, MIS or Math related area with 1 – 3 years of experience in a system support position or 2 – 5 years of equivalent experience in a system support position in lieu of degree.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimal Microsoft SQL experience
• A+ and Network+ certifications a plus
